Period-true, sunlight-filled bungalow

With long, exquisite views of northern New Mexico’s mountains and sky, Sunrise Ranch features a rambling, 3,800-sf territorial-style home and horse facility on a large 10-acre parcel of land. The house has a large double living room for gathering, a commodious, comfortable den, a spacious dining room with a long table seating ten, and a roomy, easy-to-work-in kitchen. With three bedrooms, each with two beds, we allow no more than six guests.

This is a working ranch. Though it is mostly quiet and secluded, there are times when repairs, improvements, yoga classes, yoga-with-horses retreats, and other activities are happening on the property. A caretaker lives in a casita onsite. The two bedrooms on the upper floor of the house each have a full en suite bathroom. The third bedroom on the main floor has a half bathroom across the hall. An additional shower is on the lower floor, by a small sauna, and can be used as the dedicated shower for the guest bedroom on the main floor.
Enjoy this special centrally located arts and crafts bungalow. Outfitted with an easy-to-work in kitchen, two bedrooms, a wood-burning fireplace in the dining room, comfortable living room, and commodious front porch, the house has everything you need for an easy Santa Fe stay. Sunlight abounds in this sweet bungalow with period-true details located off Guadalupe Street in the convenient Railyard district. Off-street parking in the back of the house, enclosed laundry room behind the kitchen.
